Sho Miztani

Sho Mizutani joined Duolingo Japan in 2020 as its first dedicated hire and built the brand from 3.8% awareness to a household name through viral campaigns and commercials that became a cultural moment in their own right. Before that he led North American marketing for Monster Strike at MIXI and ran marketing strategy at live-streaming platform 17LIVE. He is Country Manager and Director of Regional Marketing for Duolingo Japan, and one of the most creative minds in Japanese digital marketing.
