Toho Leo Co. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this “Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of visitors, stakeholders, and website users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) in connection with the music event “Wonderfruit Chapters” (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) organized and operated by the Company. The Company is committed to the proper protection and management of personal information.

- Ticket Purchase and Attendance Information: Ticket purchase history, seat/area information, wristband identification information, event attendance history, etc.
- Inquiry and Communication Information: Inquiries submitted to the Company, survey responses, communication history, etc.
- Visual, Audio, and Behavioral Data: Photos, videos, and audio data captured at the venue, closed-circuit television (CCTV) security footage, website browsing history, IP addresses, Cookie data, etc.
- Special Category Personal Information (Sensitive Health & Safety Information): Information regarding food allergies, disabilities, injuries, and other health conditions necessary for first aid and emergency response (※Collected with the prior consent of the individual, except where otherwise permitted or required by applicable laws and regulations).
3. Purposes of Use of Personal Information
The Company appropriately utilizes the collected personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes:
- Operation and Management of the Event:
- Issuance, delivery, and verification of tickets, and entry management;
- Sending important event notices, updates, and responding to inquiries;
- Managing cloakroom/lost and found services, and providing various event services.
- Safety Management and Emergency First Aid Response:
- Maintaining venue security and implementing crime prevention measures (utilization of CCTV footage);
- Responding to accidents or injuries at first-aid stations, accommodating food allergies, and handling emergency communications and medical assistance.
- Public Relations, Promotional, and Archival Activities:
- Publishing and broadcasting photographs, video footage, and audio captured at the Event venue on the official websites, official social media accounts, promotional materials, media articles, promotional videos, etc., of the Company and the licensor (Scratch First Co., Ltd.).
- Marketing and Service Improvement:
- Conducting customer surveys, analyzing purchasing behavior and usage patterns to improve and develop services;
- Providing informational updates and advertisements regarding upcoming events, products, and services offered by the Company and its partners (only with the User’s consent).
- Compliance with Laws and Legal Obligations:
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations, and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Joint Use of Personal Data with JTB Corp.
Application processing and ticket sales for the Event are conducted by JTB Corp. The Company and JTB Corp. shall jointly use the applicant’s name, address, telephone number, email address, ticket type, as well as application and attendance status, for the purposes of processing applications, selling tickets, verifying identity, managing entry, contacting participants, and ensuring safety management for the Event.

- Entity Responsible for the Management of Jointly Used Personal Data: Toho Leo Co., Ltd. (Address, name, and representative details are as specified in Section 1 above).
5. Handling of Special Category Personal Information (Sensitive Health Information)
When collecting special category personal information such as allergy information or physical conditions, the Company shall obtain the explicit prior consent of the individual, except where permitted by laws and regulations. The collected health information shall be strictly managed and used solely for the purpose of accommodating individual needs within the venue, providing medical rescue, and ensuring overall safety management.
6. Media Recording at the Venue, Image Rights, and Portrait Rights
- Photographs and video recordings will be conducted inside the Event venue by the organizers, the licensor, and authorized media personnel.
- The recorded photographs and videos may contain the likenesses and voices of attendees. Please be advised in advance that these materials may be published, broadcast, or utilized indefinitely and free of charge across the official social networks, websites, promotional media, and various news channels of the Company and the licensor (Scratch First Co., Ltd.).
- If an attendee wishes to request the removal of a published image (e.g., where their face is prominently featured in close-up), please contact the Inquiry Desk specified below. Upon verifying the identity of the requester, the Company will promptly take reasonable measures, such as removing or blurring the image.
7. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
The Company will not provide collected personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- Where the prior consent of the individual has been obtained.
- Where required by laws and regulations.
- Where necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and obtaining the consent of the individual is difficult.
- Provision to the Licensor in Thailand (Scratch First Co., Ltd.):
The Company may provide personal data collected at the Event to Scratch First Co., Ltd., the licensor located in the Kingdom of Thailand, for event archival records, public relations, and the planning and analysis of future events.
- Categories of Personal Data Provided: Name, photo and video data, event attendance history, survey responses.
- Purpose of Provision: Archival records for the “Wonderfruit Chapters” brand, public relations activities, planning and analysis for future events.
- Recipient Country: Kingdom of Thailand.
- Obtaining Consent for Cross-Border Transfer: Unless exempt under laws and regulations, the Company will provide the individual in advance with information regarding the name of the recipient country (Kingdom of Thailand), the personal information protection system in Thailand, and the measures taken by Scratch First Co., Ltd. for the protection of personal information, and obtain the individual’s consent prior to transferring the data.
8. Management of Contractors (Service Providers)
The Company may entrust the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to external service providers (e.g., venue construction companies, security firms, system management contractors) within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, the Company shall select appropriate contractors and exercise necessary and adequate supervision to ensure the secure management of personal information.

The Company implements appropriate organizational, human, physical, and technical security control measures to prevent the leakage, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access to personal data. 10. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Retained Personal Data
Upon receiving a request from an individual regarding their retained personal data—including notification of the purpose of use, disclosure (including records of provision to third parties), correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties—the Company will verify the requester’s identity and promptly respond in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
